Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a baking dish, mix the blackberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
 - In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugar, and salt.
 - Rub in the cold butter using your fingers until the mix looks like coarse crumbs.
 - Spread the topping over the blackberry mixture.
 - Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
 - Let cool slightly before serving.
