Fresh Mint Tea

A soothing, naturally refreshing mint tea inspired by Moroccan flavors—perfect hot or iced. Made with real mint leaves and ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Boiling water
  • 1 Small handful fresh mint leaves (about 15–20 leaves)
  • 1 Green tea bag (optional, for depth)
  • 2 tsp Honey or sugar
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat.
  2. 2. In a teapot or heatproof jug, add the mint leaves and green tea bag (if using).
  3. 3. Pour the hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove tea bag and stir in honey or sugar to taste.
  5. 5. Strain into mugs or glasses and garnish with lemon slices or extra mint.
