Method
- 1. Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat.
- 2. In a teapot or heatproof jug, add the mint leaves and green tea bag (if using).
- 3. Pour the hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
- 4. Remove tea bag and stir in honey or sugar to taste.
- 5. Strain into mugs or glasses and garnish with lemon slices or extra mint.
