Plum Purée

A naturally sweet, vibrant plum purée made with just ripe plums and water. Perfect for babies, yogurt bowls, desserts, or swirls in drinks.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ripe plums, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon or a splash of vanilla
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Wash, pit, and roughly chop the plums—no need to peel.
  2. Add plums and water to a small saucepan.
  3. Cover and simmer over low heat for 8–10 minutes, until the plums are soft and breaking down.
  4. Let cool slightly, then blend until smooth (or leave a little texture if preferred).
  5. Cool completely before serving or storing.
